摘 要:目的探讨微课教学联合微信互动课堂的教学方法在低年资住院医师规范化培训学员临床内科学习中的应用及影响。方法选取2016年9月—2017年9月在遵义医学院附属医院呼吸内科轮转学习的第一年住院医师规范化培训学员40名作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。其中,实施传统教学法为对照组(n=20),实施微课教学和微信互动课题教学方法的为观察组(n=20),比较两组学习效果。结果观察组学员临床理论知识成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学员对该教学方法和带教老师满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课联合微信互动的教学方法可提高临床内科低年资住院医师规范化培训学员的学习效果,且满意度高,可让学员在有限的时间内加强理论知识学习。Objective To explore the application and influence of the teaching method of micro-course teaching combined with WeChat interactive classroom in the clinical medicine study of the standardized training of resident physicians in the lower years. Methods 40 participants joining in the frst year of resident standardization training from September 2016 and September 2017 at department of respiratory medicine in the affliated hospital of Zunyi medical college were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, the implementation of the traditional teaching method as the control group (n=20), the implementation of small class teaching and interactive subject teaching method for the observation group (n=20), compared two groups of learning. Results The clinical theoretical knowledge and total score of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). In the observation group, the students' satisfaction with the teaching method and the teaching teacher was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Micro-class combined with WeChat interactive teaching method can improve the clinical medical low qualifcation students' study effect, resident standardization training and satisfaction is high, can let students strengthen theoretical knowledge learning in the limited time.
