摘  要:目的建立新护士急救技能培训的学习曲线,为科学设计培训方案提供参考。方法随机选取2016年新入职护士40名进行中心吸氧、院外CPR、心电监护、经口/鼻吸痰四项急救技能操作的培训,每名新护士每项操作8次,比较每项操作8个轮次的操作得分、操作合格率及操作时间。结果四项急救技能8个轮次操作得分、操作合格率及操作时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);绘制学习曲线显示,5个轮次培训后,中心吸氧、院外CPR的操作得分、操作合格率及操作时间出现拐点而后趋于平稳;7个轮次培训后,心电监护、经口/鼻吸痰的操作得分、操作合格率及操作时间出现拐点而后趋于平稳。结论新护士中心吸氧、院外CPR两项急救技能的学习曲线约为5次;心电监护、经口/鼻吸痰的学习曲线约为7次。Objective To establish the learning curve of new nurses' frst-aid skills training and provide reference for the scientific design training program. Methods In 2016, 40 new entry nurses were randomly selected to carry out the training of four first aid skills in the center of oxygen inhalation, CPR, ECG monitoring and oral/nasal phlegm. They were divided into 8 rounds, and compared the operation score, operation pass rate and operation time of the 8 rounds of each operation. Results The scores, qualifed rate and operation time of the four frst aid skills in 8 rounds were statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The drawing learning curve showed that after 5 rounds of training, the center of oxygen inhalation, the operation score of CPR, the rate of operation and the time of operation appeared on the turning point, and then tended to be stable. After 7 rounds of training, ECG monitoring, sputum aspiration through mouth/nose operation score, operation qualifcation rate and operation time appeared infection point and then stabilized. Conclusion The learning curves of oxygen inhalation and CPR in the new nurses'center are about 5 times, and the learning curves of ECG monitoring and oral/nasal sputum inhalation are about 7 times.
