摘  要:目的对病理生理学在双语教学中的可行性进行分析。方法选取2015级及2016级共600名学生展开双语教育可行性问卷调查研究,抽取2015级临床一班(对照组,常规教学)和2016级临床二班(实验组,双语教学)学生共100名为双语教学研究对象,围绕对照组及实验组两组的教学成效进行对比分析。结果双语教学可行性问卷调查研究中,600份问卷有效,其中500名学生支持双语教学,有100名学生反对双语教学。实验组教学成效中,结果显示70%的学生认为双语教学激发了英语学习兴趣,84%学生非常喜欢该种教学方式;76%的学生认为双语教学使自己的学习变得更主动,90%学生认为增强了自己阅读医学文献的能力。实验组病理生理学生的期末平均成绩为(80.25±2.60)分,对照组为(75.25±1.40)分。两组病理学生生理学期末考试成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论病理生理学课程进行双语教育具有可行性。Objective To analyze the feasibility of pathophysiology in bilingual teaching. Methods A total of 600 students from grade 2015 and 2016 were selected to conduct a bilingual education feasibility questionnaire survey, and 100 students from the 2015 clinical class (control group, regular teaching) and the 2016 clinical class (experiment group, bilingual teaching) were selected. For the bilingual teaching research object, the teaching results of the control group and the experimental group were compared and analyzed. Results In the bilingual teaching feasibility questionnaire survey, 600 questionnaires were valid, of which 500 students supported bilingual teaching and 100 students opposed bilingual teaching. Among the experiment groups of teaching results, the results show that 70% of students believe that bilingual teaching stimulates interest in English learning, 84% of students like this teaching method very much; 76% of students believe that bilingual teaching makes their learning more active, 90% of students It is believed to enhance his ability to read medical literature. The final grade of the pathophysiological students in the experimental class was (80.25±2.60) points, and the control group was (75.25±1.40) points. The difference of physiology final exam scores between the two groups of pathological students was statistically signifcant (P〈0.01). Conclusion It is feasible to carry out bilingual education in the pathophysiology course.
