摘  要:目的了解新护士在临床实践中遇到的问题及真实感受,为带教和管理新护士提供参考。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,进行目的性抽样,选取2015年7月—2016年7月新入院的15名新护士,应用半结构访谈提纲进行深度访谈,现场录音和笔录,并对资料整理、分析。结果运用现象学分析法,经过整理提炼出新护士工作的6个主题:缺乏归属感、经验不足、专科知识储备不足、学习压力大、沟通能力缺乏、被需要感。结论深入了解新护士的学习体验,以新护士的需求为出发点,重视新护士的心理管理,尊重爱护新护士,实施人文关怀,采取导师制,应用多元化的带教形式,给予提升空间,有效地帮助新护士成长。Objective To study the problems and experience of new nurses in clinical practice, so as to provide references for training and management of them. Methods A qualitative study was conducted to a purposeful sample of 15 nurses newly recruited from July 2015 to July 2016 by using in-depth semi-structured interview. Live recordings and transcripts were organized and analyzed. Results Using phenomenological analysis, the experience of new nurses in clinical practice was summarized into six subjects: lack of sense of belonging, lack of clinical experience and communication skills, insufficient reserve of specialist knowledge, high learning pressure and eagerness to be encouraged and recognized. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the psychological management, humanistic care, tutorial system, diversifed training, and professional development of new nurses, so as to effectively promote their growth.
