高效液相色谱法测定口腔溃疡含漱液中苯甲醇含量的样品前处理优化

摘　　要：利用盐析反应排除口腔溃疡含漱液成分对苯甲醇检测的干扰,优化了检测方法中的样品前处理条件,检测方法相关系数是0.9999,线性范围0.025~2.0mg/m L,回收率为98.2%~103.2%,专属性强,重复性好。Using salting out reaction to eliminate the interference of the ingredients of oral ulcer gargle to the detection of benzyl alcohol, the sample pretreatment conditions were optimized. The correlation coefficient of the detection method was 0.9999, the linear range was 0.025-2.0 mg/m L, the recovery rate was 98.2%-103.2%, the specificity was strong and the repeatability was good.
