摘 要:传统带教只是让教师选择填鸭式教学,往往不能满足疼痛科医学生的需求。医学是一门动手操作能力很强的学科,医学案例的教学法不仅克服了只关注书本内容的缺点,进一步加强学生对临床实践的操作,还能通过教师和学生的互动性启发相互之间的思维。疼痛科案例教学法的主要实施方法是选出病房当中比较典型的病例,然后分配给医学生,让他对患者病例分析并制定治疗方案,教师通过医学生对患者病例的汇报以及诊断以后总结,同时根据患者的病情特点以及治疗方案在查房过程中进行教学式讲解。疼痛科医学案例教学法的策略优势是能够使医学生将相关的医学知识点重点掌握,并且与病情结合,将学习效率提升;再者还能将医学生的自学能力和文献检索能力提升,对未来处理问题解决问题打下基础。疼痛科医学案例教学法应注意的一个问题是需要教师在讨论之前进行完善的准备及引导教学过程,医学生有更好的学习主动性和自觉性,并控制好医学生进行案例学习的人数。Traditional teaching only allows teachers to choose spoon-feeding teaching,which often fails to meet the needs of medical students in pain medicine.Medicine is a discipline with strong hands-on skills.The teaching method of medical cases not only overcomes the shortcomings of focusing solely on the content of books,but also further strengthens students' practice of clinical practice,and can also enlighten each other through the interactive nature of teachers and students' thinking.The main method of implementation of the case teaching method of the department of pain is to select the most typical case from the ward,and then assign it to the medical student,let him analyze the patient case and formulate the treatment plan.The teacher will report the case of the patient through the medical student and summarize the diagnosis later.At the same time according to the patient's condition and treatment plan in the course of the rounds of the classroom teaching.The strategic advantage of the pain medicine case teaching method is that it can enable medical students to focus on relevant medical knowledge points,combine them with the condition,and increase the efficiency of learning;in addition,the self-study ability and literature retrieval ability of medical students can be improved.The future lays the foundation for solving problems.One problem that should be paid attention to in the case teaching method of pain medicine is that teachers need to make perfect preparations and guide the teaching process before discussion.Medical students have better learning initiative and consciousness,and control the number of medical students to learn cases.
