摘　　要：当前,世界经济面临全球化潮流与逆全球化思潮交织博弈的新格局,注定未来一个时期的国际贸易摩擦和冲突将日益加剧。南通须审时度势,未雨绸缪,谋篇布局南通国际贸易新板块,"走出去"与"引进来"同步,虚拟市场与实体市场双管齐下,创新驱动与规模经营同时并举,政策扶持与公共服务相辅相成,以提升外贸发展速度与效率。Presently the world economy presents a new pattern intertwined with globalization and anti-globalization, and it is destined to intensify international trade frictions and conflicts in the near future. For Nantong, it needs to review the situation and plan ahead to deploy a new section for international trade,implementing＂going out＂and＂bringing in＂strategies simultaneously, developing both virtual and real markets,carrying out innovation and scale operation, and complementing policy support and public services so as to promote the speed and efficiency for the development of foreign trade.
