以创新人才哲学素质提升为着力点建设创新型国家

摘　　要：基于现实对创新人才哲学素质的要求和大学生哲学素质认知的一般现状,提出建设创新型国家的着眼点,即摆脱传统思维习惯的束缚,正视西方文化霸权的侵袭,形成自己的创新型文化氛围;弘扬社会主义核心价值观,着眼于创新人才伦理、道德和责任意识的培养;重视自然科学、技术科学与哲学社会科学交叉整合出的交叉学科及软科学;始终坚持以人民为中心,建设创新型政府。Based on the requirements to innovative talents’ philosophical quality and the general cognition of college students on philosophical quality, several focal points of building an innovative country are put forward. First of all, the shackles of traditional thinking habits should be abandoned and the invasion of western cultural hegemony should be faced to form an innovative cultural atmosphere. Secondly, the noble socialist core values should be proclaimed, while focusing on the cultivation of the ethical, moral and responsibility consciousness of innovative talents. Thirdly, the interdisciplinary courses and soft sciences of natural science, technology science and philosophy and social science should be emphasized. Finally, maintaining the principle of taking people as the central interest and building an innovative government.
