摘　　要：论文基于"互联网+会计"的时代背景,对新商业时代管理会计人才职业能力的新需求与高职院校管理会计课程职业能力培养的现状进行分析,指出高职院校进行管理会计课程改革的必然性,并给出对管理会计课程改革的具体建议,为我国高职院校培养符合企业需求的新型管理会计人才提供理论支持。Based on the era background of ＂internet plus accounting＂, the paper analyzes the new demand of the professional ability of management accounting talents in the new commercial age, and the present situation of professional ability training of management accounting course in higher vocational colleges. It points out the inevitability of the reform of management accounting course in higher vocational colleges,and gives some concrete suggestions on the reform of management accounting course, which provides theoretical support for our higher vocational colleges to train new management accounting talents that meet the needs of enterprises.
