摘　　要：以"工匠精神+创新实践能力"作为培养目标的高职院校物流专业实践教学综合改革,是提升新时期高职院校人才培养质量,增强人才竞争能力,促进高校毕业生创业就业的重要举措。文章以物流管理专业"工匠精神+创新实践能力"培养为目标,尝试改革专业实践教学,从专业实践教学的内容、方法、手段、教学模式等方面进行改革创新,极大地提高了学生的实践能力。Perfecting the training system of ＂craftsman spirit＂ and deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship educa- tion is an important measure for colleges and universities to improve the quality- of personnel training, enhance the adaptability- of talents training, and promote the quality- of entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates in the new era. This paper aims at training the craftsman spirit and innovative practice ability- of logistics management major, and attempts the comprehensive re- form of professional practice teaching by promoting the reform and innovation of content, method, means, team, management and teaching mode of professional practice teaching, so as to improve the ability- to practice, analyze and solve problems.
