高校性骚扰受害者的沉默原因:一项初步研究

摘　　要：校园性骚扰对受害者具有较大的负面影响,但校园性骚扰受害者在遭受性骚扰后往往会选择沉默,且较少主动通过正式途径报告受害经历并寻求帮助。对5所高等院校1355名学生的问卷调查和7名学生的访谈显示,校园性骚扰受害者出于多种原因选择沉默,这些原因可被归纳为"个人的理性考量""制度的局限""文化规范的影响"三种类型。在这样的背景下,高校应当建立健全性骚扰防范机制,努力营造对性骚扰受害者友好的环境,并增进公众对性骚扰报告和处理机制的信任。Campus sexual harassment has significant negative impact on victims. However,sexual harassment victims often choose to be silent after being sexually harassed on campus,and they are also less likely to report the experience or search for help through formal ways. Based on survey and interview conducted in five universities,this study has found that sexual harassment victims on campus are silent due to a variety of reasons which can be categorized into three types： ＂individual＇s rational consideration＂, ＂institutional limitation＂ and ＂cultural norms＂. In this context,Chinese universities should establish sexual harassment prevention and coping mechanisms and create a friendly and supportive environment for sexual harassment victims.
