摘　　要：依托辽宁省对接产业集群省级示范专业建设项目和省级示范学校建设项目,辽宁铁道职业技术学院以新加坡南洋理工学院办学理念为指导,借鉴其创新精神,从建设省级示范专业并引领校内和其它高职院校专业建设出发,将其先进的职教理念注入我国高职新专业的办学中,形成了一套适应我国高职专业建设的整体实施方案。Relying on docking industry cluster provincial demonstration professional construction project and provincial demonstration school construction project in Liaoning province, under the guide of school-running concept of Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic, drawing on its innovative spirit, Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College starts from provincial demonstration professional construction and leading the professional construction of campus and other higher vocational colleges, introduces the advanced concept into the school running of higher vocational colleges in our country, and has formed a set of overall implementation scheme for higher vocational professional construction in our country.
