摘　　要：习近平总书记是改革开放以来讲文化频率最高、篇幅最长的党和国家领导人;从世界文明、全球视野和中国历史"长时段"审视文化,对文化的地位与作用做出具有鲜明时代特点的新论述,是其看中国特色社会主义文化的突出特征;中国本位,即植根于源远流长的中华优秀传统文化、立足于中国特色社会主义伟大实践,发展创新当代中国文化,发扬光大中华文化,构成习近平文化建设思想的重要内容和特征;问题导向是习近平治国理政的特点,这在他社会主义文化建设思想中亦体现于各个方面。General Secretary Xi Jinping has been the CPC and state leader who talks about culture the most frequently and the longest length since the reform and opening up; the outstanding characteristic of Xi＇s view on socialism culture is from the world civilization,global view and the ＂long history＂of Chinese culture. Chinese characteristics based on China,which is rooted in ancient Chinese excellent traditional culture,the socialism great practice,development innovation of contemporary Chinese culture and carrying forward the Chinese culture,constitute the important content of Xi Jinping＇s culture construction thought and characteristics; Problemorientation is the characteristic of Xi Jinping＇s governance,which is reflected in all aspects of his socialist cultural construction.
