摘 要:目的:了解实习护生对灾害急救的认知情况及影响因素,为护理教育提供依据。方法:采用赫继梅突发公共事件现场紧急救护知识掌握情况调查表对某三甲医院2016届120名实习生进行调查。结果:实习护生对灾害急救认知现状为:缺乏灾害救护的认识且自我灾害救护能力有待提高,不同学历实习护生的急救知识得分差异具有统计学意义。结论:实习护生对灾害救援的认知并不全面,因此需对不同学历的实习护生进行有针对性的教育和培训,以期整体提升实习护生急救知识的掌握程度和对灾害急救的认知。Objective: To explore the cognition on disaster treatment of practical nurses. Methods: 120 practical nurses of in a grade Ⅲ class hospital were surveyed by a questionnaire. Results: The lack of disaster treatment knowledge and their emergency rescue capabilities need to be enhanced, the difference of disaster treatment knowledge score between different education background practical nurses were statistically significant. Conclusion: The disaster treatment cognition of practical nurses is incomplete. The practical nurses should be educated and trained disaster treatment knowledge and emergency rescue capabilities according to their different education background.
