优化无轨胶轮车运输工艺在综放设备运输安装中的应用

摘　　要：陕西郭家河煤业公司在综放工作面设备安装中,优化车辆运输工艺,运用防爆无轨胶轮车辅助运输设备,加快工作面安装速度,提高了工作效率,减轻了职工的劳动强度。无轨胶轮车辅助运输在工作面设备运输安装中的优势充分发挥了出来,真正实现了简单、快速、安全高效。In the equipment installation of the fully mechanized caving face, the vehicle transportation technology was optimized in Shaanxi Guojiahe Coal Industry Company,the explosion-proof trackless rubber wheel vehicle was also applied,whose purpose was to speeds up the installation speed of the working face.The application of these optimization has mproved the working efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of the workers. The advantages of trackless rubber tyred vehicle auxiliary transportation in the transportation and installation of working face have been brought into full play, and realized a simple, fast, safe and efficient way.
