摘　　要：最近20多年美国政府主导了一场自上而下的STEM教育改革,这既是知识经济时代全球竞争的需要,也是对美国学校STEM教育质量不高的回应.美国STEM教育改革既有长期的战略目标,明确的中期目标,更有年度任务的分解.综合性的协调机构、明确的经费保障和多方面力量的聚合,是美国政府推进STEM教育改革的有力措施.In recent 20 years, the U.S. government implemented a top-down reform of STEM Education, which is due to the needs for global competition in knowledge economy era and the response to low quality of STEM education. The U.S. STEM education reform includes the long- term plan, medium-term goal and the annual tasks. Comprehensive coordination agency, clear funds guarantee and multiple power aggregation are the effective measures that push forward STEM Education reform by U.S. government.
