摘 要:研究不同浓度马齿苋多糖对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌组织损伤能量代谢的影响。采用模拟大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定心肌组织中冠脉流量(CF)、高能磷酸化合物(ATP、ADP和AMP)、辅酶A(CoA)、乙酰辅酶A(AcCoA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧岐化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)指标。结果表明:马齿苋多糖能够增加再灌注30min内心肌组织中冠脉流量,升高ATP含量、腺苷及能荷,对SOD活性有改善作用,降低心肌组织中AcCoA/CoA比值、乳酸脱氢酶及MDA含量,呈一定的浓度依赖性。马齿苋多糖可抑制心肌缺血再灌注过程中脂肪氧化程度,减轻缺血再灌注损伤,改善心肌功能。To study the effects of different concentrations of Purslane polysaccharide on energy metabolism of myocardial injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Coronary fl ow(CF), high energy phosphorylated compounds(ATP, ADP and AMP), coenzyme A(CoA), acetyl coenzyme A(AcCoA), creatine kinase(ACA) and creatine kinase were measured by simulating rat model of ischemia-reperfusion injury(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured. The results showed that the polysaccharide of Portulaca oleracea could increase the coronary fl ow, increase the ATP content, adenosine and energy load in the myocardial tissue within 30 min after reperfusion, and improve the activity of SOD in the myocardium, decrease the Ac CoA/CoA ratio, lactate dehydrogenation and MDA content, showing a certain concentration-dependent. Portulaca oleracea polysaccharide can inhibit the degree of lipid oxidation during myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, reduce ischemiareperfusion injury and improve myocardial function.
