摘　　要：创新驱动发展战略的提出与实施激发了各行业的创新活力和创造潜能。职业教育集团化办学是我国独创的一种职业教育办学模式,数量与规模发展快速,成效显著。江苏化工职教集团与南京化学工业园区管委会共建"高技能人才流动工作站",以创新驱动为引领,以产业链与教育链对接为目标,构建了职业学校、企业、O2O平台间信息互动、资源整合、项目牵引的高效协同育人与创新模式,服务发展方式转变,促进合作共赢。The proposal and implementation of innovation-driven development strategy has sparked innovation vitality and creative potentials of people from all walks of life. School-running mode of vocational education group, which has made remarkable achievements and rapid progress in quantity and scale, is an original research of China. Jiangsu Chemical Industry Vocational Education Group （JSCVEG） and Management Committee of Nanjing Chemical industry Park has jointly established a mobile workstation for high-skilled talents. Taking innovation-driven program as the lead and targeting on the joint of industry and education chain, the workstation constructs a high-efficient cooperative and innovative education mode with information sharing, resources integrating as well as program leading among vocational schools, enterprises and online to oflline platform, thus transforming the service development mode and promoting a win-win cooperation.
