摘　　要：活动导向教学模式是以学生自身活动为主体,引导学生在教师设置的相应活动情境中,获得知识与技能,完成理实一体化的教学目标,达到有效教学的一种课堂教学模式。成人教育学员的思维能力较未成年人有一定优势,有较强的自主学习能力。在成人教育中探索活动导向教学模式,有利于激发成人学习的积极性,提高成人的实践动手能力和应用能力。The activity oriented teaching mode through students＇ activities, guides the students to get knowledge and skills through the corresponding activities context set by teachers and complete the theory-practice integrated teaching goal, so as to achieve a kind of effective classroom teaching mode. Adult education students have a certain advantage in thinking ability, and have strong independent learning ability. In the adult education, we explore the activity oriented teaching mode, which is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of adult learning and improving the practical ability and application abiliw of adults.
