摘 要:目的探讨在《老年护理学》教学中联合应用专题研讨课(Seminar)和案例教学法(Case-based teaching,CBT)的效果。方法在《老年护理学》课程中实施Seminar-CBT教学法,采用自设问卷调查的形式,在课程结束后收集学生对《老年护理学》结合Seminar-CBT教学法的态度和学习效果的自我评价。结果 90.8%的学生认为Seminar-CBT教学法有助于提高自身对老年护理知识与技术的掌握程度;87.6%的学生认为该课程增进了师生间的互动和交流;提高了合作性学习能力(93%),对学习资源的利用能力(94.1%)和解决临床实践问题的能力(98.4%);相较于传统老年护理学理论授课模式,92.4%的同学表示更喜欢Seminar-CBT教学模式。结论 Seminar-CBT教学法应用于《老年护理学》教学,操作性和可行性强,有利于增进师生间的交流,提高学生灵活应用老年护理学知识的综合能力,从而能达到良好的教学效果。Objective To explore the application and implementation effects of Seminar and Case-based teaching method in the course of Geriatric Nursing. Methods Seminar-CBT teaching method was used in the geriatric nursing course.At the end of the course,self-designed questionnaire was used to collect students' attitude to the Geriatric Nursing course combined with Seminar-CBT teaching method and assess the learning effects.Results 90.8% of these students thought that Seminar-CBT teaching method was helpful to improve their comprehension abilities of geriatric nursing knowledge and operation technology; 87.6% of these students thought that the course can promote the interaction and communication between teachers and students; Among these students,93% thought it can improve the cooperative learning ability; 94.1% of these students thought that the ability of utilizing learning resource can be improved,and it also can improve the ability of solving the clinical practice problems( 98.4%); Compared with the traditional teaching mode of Geriatric Nursing,92.4% of these students more liked Seminar-CBT teaching mode.Conclusion The application of Seminar-CBT teaching method in the Geriatric Nursing course has strong operability and feasibility.It is beneficial to enhance the communication between teachers and students,improve students' comprehensive ability and it can also help student to be more flexible to use the geriatric nursing knowledge,so as to achieve more better teaching effect.
