摘　　要：工程素质培养是高等工程教育中的一个重要问题,培养合格的工程技术人才是高等工程教育的核心任务。工程训练中心在承担自身职能的过程中,通过重视工程素质培养,加强工程基本训练,打造"双师型"师资队伍,引导学生参与学科竞赛,构筑工程教育质量保障体系。实践证明,这一模式能够大大提高学生工程素质。The training of engineering quality is an important problem in higher Engineering Education. Training qualified engineers and technicians is the core task of higher Engineering Education. in the process of taking on its own functions, the engineering training center should pay attention to the training of engineering quality, strengthen the basic training of Engineering, build a “double teacher type” teacher team, guide students to participate in the discipline competition, construct of quality assurance system for Engineering Education. The practice has proved that this model can greatly improve the students’ engineering quality.
