摘  要:近年来,我国的互联网不断地深入普及,电子商务产业也应运而生,并且逐渐得到消费者的认可,在我国大数据和电子商务盛行的大环境下,客户关系管理在电子商务的运用中还有待完善。论文就当下电子商务环境下客户关系管理定义为出发点,针对客户关系管理的问题进行研究,从而制定出在大数据和电子商务背景下客户关系管理的实施策略,以此促进我国电子商务行业的发展。In recent years, the internet in China has been deeply popularized, and the electronic commerce industry has also come into being, and it has gradually got the approval of the consumers. Under the great environment of the prevail of big data and e-commerce, the application of customer relationship management in e-commerce needs to be improved. Taking the definition of customer relationship management under the current e-commerce environment as the starting point, the paper studies the problems of the customer relationship management, so as to formulate the implementation strategy of customer relationship management under the background of big data and e-commerce, and promote the development of China's e-commerce industry.
