摘  要:选用自制的酸式聚磷酸铵为酯化剂,尿素作催化剂,酯化木薯淀粉,经对产品进行扫描电镜观察和差示扫描量热分析,表明得到一种由新酯化剂酯化的木薯淀粉产品。通过对酯化剂用量、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等条件的优化,得出最佳工艺条件,在此条件下产品的取代度为0.107,反应效率为74.41%。In this paper,the self-made acid ammonium polyphosphate was used as the esterifying agent and urea as the catalyst.The product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy observation.The differential scanning calorimetry analysis shows that a tapioca starch esterified by a new esterifying agent was obtained.The optimal process conditions were obtained by optimizing the conditions of esterification agent,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time.Under this condition,the degree of substitution was 0.107 and the reaction efficiency was 74.41%.
