摘  要:医学生物学实验课程理论与实践并重,旨在培养综合创新型医学人才。在首都医科大学,通过教学手段多样化、对关键操作步骤侧重演示和讲解、优选实验仪器、优选实验耗材并提高利用率及简化非关键步骤等方式,教学过程不断地被优化、改进。要探索更深入的教育教学改革还需要优化制度、激发教师热情、优化课程设计和持之以恒地保持教育教学改革的思想等。For medical biology experiment,theory and practice are attached equal importance to,with the aim to cultivate comprehensive and innovative medical talents. In this study,the teaching process has been optimized and improved through diversified teaching methods,focusing on demonstration and explanation of key operational steps,optimizing experimental instruments and experimental consumables,improving utilization ratio and simplifying non-key steps. To explore further education and teaching reform,efforts are still needed to optimize the system,stimulate teachers' enthusiasm,optimize curriculum design and persistently maintain the idea of education and teaching reform.
