摘 要:为了提高玉米幼胚提取的效率和自动化程度,针对现阶段玉米胚芽的提取存在破损严重和不易操作等问题,设计了一种水压式玉米幼胚自动提取机。试验发现,用仿形刀具去除玉米种皮,后续再用水流冲击外露的玉米胚芽即可完成提取。根据上述原理,对切削机构进行理论分析,得出关键参数并完成结构设计。并在现有的实验室条件下进行了对乳熟前期玉米幼胚的切削可行性试验。试验结果表明:切削机构可以满足玉米幼胚提取机种皮切削的设计要求。In order to improve the extraction efficiency and the degree of automation of maize immature embryos, a kind of automatic extraction of immature maize immature embryo was designed in view of the serious damage and the easy operation of maize germ. The experiment found that the use of profiling tool to remove corn seed coat, followed by the impact of water exposed to the corn germ to complete the extraction. According to the above principle, theoretical analysis of the cutting mechanism got the key parameters and completed the structural design. And the feasibility of cutting the immature embryos of early maize was carried out under the existing laboratory conditions. The experimental results show that the cutting mechanism can meet the design requirements of the embryo cutting of corn embryo extraction machine.
