摘 要:建立同时测定香辛料中含有的11种金属Cr、Al、V、Ni、As、Hg、Cd、Y、Ce、Pr和Pb的ICP-MS方法。采用硝酸溶液(V∶V=5∶95)微波消解进行前处理,用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法对辛香料中的铬、铝、钒、镍、砷、铅、镉、钇、铈、镨和汞11种金属进行测定。结果表明,在试验条件下,对于所测元素的相关系数均大于0.999 5,方法检出限(LOD):镉0.3μg/kg,铝0.1 mg/kg,钒6.0μg/kg,汞2.5μg/kg,砷12.5μg/kg,铬10.0μg/kg,镍13μg/kg,铅7μg/kg,钇2μg/kg,铈2μg/kg,镨1μg/kg。其各元素的加标浓度均为10μg/L,其回收率均在93.1%~96.7%之间,相对标准偏差为0.3%~3.6%(n=7)。电感耦合等离子体-质谱法具有准确、精密、重复性高等特点,适用于辛香料中11种重金属同时测定。Establish a method for the determination of Cr, Al, V, Ni, As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Y, Ce and Pr in the spices by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The samples were treated with nitric acid solution(V∶V=5∶95). Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used to determine the content of Cr, Al, V, Ni, As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Y, Ce and Pr in the spices. Results showed that in the selected experimental condition, the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 5 for all elements detected, and the detection limits were 0.3 μg/kg for Cd, 0.1 mg/kg for Al, 6.0 μg/kg for V, 2.5 μg/kg for Hg, 12.5 μg/kg for As, 10.0 μg/kg for Cr, 13 μg/kg for Ni, 7 μg/kg for Pb, 2 μg/kg for Y, 2 μg/kg for Ce, and 1 μg/kg for Pr. The relative recoveries were 93.1%-96.7%, and the standard deviations were 0.3%-3.6%(n=7). Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of Cr, Al, V, Ni, As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Y, Ce and Pr in the spices had the characteristics of high precision, good accuracy, and high repeatability. This method could be applied for simultaneous determination of eleven elements in spices, which was simple, sensitive, and accurate.
