摘 要:采用专业承诺与学习投入量表对752名高职学生进行调查,探讨专业承诺与学习投入之间的关系,构建高职专业承诺对学习投入的回归分析模型。结果表明:(1)专业承诺中的情感承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺、继续承诺与学习投入中的学习收益、自我要求、专注、学习计划和学习态度五要素都呈正相关;(2)多元回归的结果表明:专业承诺是影响高职学生学习投入的重要变量。752 higher vocational students were investigated with professional commitment and learning input scale.Then discusses the relationship between professional commitment and learning input, and constructs a regression analysis model of higher vocational commitment to learning input.The results show that:(1) the affective commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment and learning engagement in learning gains, self requirements, focus, learning plans and learning attitude of five elements is positively related to professional commitment;(2) the results of multiple regression showed that the professional commitment is an important variable in vocational college students learning engagement the.
