摘 要:通过对安徽省黄山市某五星级酒店(X酒店)的员工进行问卷调查,用SPSS进行回归分析,研究了酒店员工福利满意度对其归属感的影响机制。结果显示:1、个体特征与员工归属感成正向相关;2.员工福利满意度,尤其是员工的福利结果满意度与员工归属感有很大的正向相关关系。因此,员工福利的满意度高低对企业的员工归属感有很大的影响力。This paper studies the impact mechanism of hotel employees' welfare satisfaction on their sense of belonging. The study takes the employees in one of the five-star hotel in Huangshan as the subjects for the survey and analyzes the data with regression analysis method. The results show that:(1) individual characteristics have a partial positive correlation with their sense of belonging;(2) employees' benefits satisfaction, particularly the benefits result satisfaction, have strong positive correlation with their sense of belonging. Therefore, employees' satisfaction level of benefits has a great influence on their sense of belonging.
