摘　　要：提问与质疑目前已成为课堂教学的必要环节,也是促进学生学习思考、教师有效教学的重要手段和方式。根据少数民族学生学习特点、英语学习与课堂教学特点及规律,文章提出要建立多角度多层级的提问模式来提高学生提问意识和能力,促进语言的灵活运用,建立积极互动、系统有效的英语课堂交际环境,从而提高英语教师教学水平及课堂教学实效。The paper analyzes the importance of questioning and the necessity of training students＇ questioning ability. Based on learning characteristics of the students of ethnic groups and the learning rules in English classes,the author suggests that a questioning mode of multi-angle and multi-level should be built to improve students＇ awareness and ability of questioning and language using,thus to create an interactive and effective classroom environment to improve English teaching.
