摘 要:运用文献资料法,梳理身体认知的历史,并以身体哲学为理论工具,分析学校体育之于身体的应然价值及其实现路径。主要结论:人类对身体的认识经历了由"赞美"到"贬义"再到"重识",由"身心一体"到"身心二元"再到"身心不二"的过程;学校体育应以"社会身体"的养成为目的;要走出学校体育的边缘化困境,就需以身体哲学"身心不二"的身体观为基本遵循,在重塑身体形象、重振精神教育、重回教育价值的过程中规避"身心二元论"的消极影响。By using literature review, the paper illustrates the history of body cognition, taking the body philosophy as a theoretical tool to analyze the value of physical education to the body and ways to achieve it. The conclusions are as follows: one's cognition for body has gone through the process from "praise" to "deprecation", and then "recognition", from "mind-body monism" to "mind-body dualism" and then "body-mind fusion"; Physical education's target should be leading to a "social body"; We should take the body concept of "body-mind fusion" as basic principle to avoid the weakness of physical education, and weaken the negative influence of "body-mind dualism" by rebuilding the body image, revitalizing the spirit education as well as keeping education value.
