摘  要:借助微胶囊技术,以异噻唑啉酮为芯材,明胶和阿拉伯胶为壁材,制备了3种防霉剂,并测试了其防霉效果。结果表明:异噻唑啉酮型微胶囊防霉剂对加脂坯革有显著的防霉效果。异噻唑啉酮型微胶囊防霉剂(OIT型、BBIT型、BIT型)的最低抑茵浓度(MIC)值分别为0.325%、0.300%和0.300%,应用于加脂工序时,最低使用质量分数为0.375%、0.350%和0.350%。With the aid of microcapsule technology, three kinds of mould inhibitor were prepared with isothiazoline as core material while gelatin and gum Arabic as wall materials. Antimicrobial test show that isothiazolinone microcapsule mould inhibitor has a significant effect of antimildew. The minmum inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) values of isothiazoline microcapsule mould inhibitor( Type OIT, Type BBIT, Type BIT) are 0. 325%, 0. 300% and 0. 300% respectively. And their minimum mass fractions are 0. 375%, 0. 350% and 0. 350% respectively when used in the fatliquoring process.
