MTT法检测灰直纹螟-青钱柳虫茶对肿瘤细胞体外增殖抑制作用

摘　　要：为了获得优质的灰直纹螟-青钱柳虫茶以及明确其对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7、胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖抑制作用。用青钱柳叶片饲养灰直纹螟后,将其幼虫所排出的代谢物经过不同规格筛网筛选分离和紫外杀菌后获得优质虫茶,将获得的虫茶制备成不同浓度去处理体外培养的MCF-7和SGC-7901癌细胞,采用MTT法检测虫茶体外对MCF-7和SGC-7901癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果表明,灰直纹螟-青钱柳虫茶对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和胃癌细胞SGC-7901具有明显的抑制作用,但抑制效果并不完全相同,处理24 h后虫茶对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖抑制效果更好。虫茶对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7、胃癌细胞SGC-7901具有明显的抑制作用,其抑制率与浓度及处理时间呈正相关。In order to obtain high quality insect tea from Orthopygia glaucinalis-Cyclocarya paliurus and to study its inhibitory effect on human breast cancer cell MCF-7 and gastric cancer cell SGC-7901,Larvae of O. glaucinalis was fed with leaves of C. paliurus. Excreta of larvae was screened by sieves with different mesh size and then UV sterilized to obtain high quality insect tea. Insect tea was prepared at different concentrations to treat MCF-7 and SGC-7901 cancer cells cultured in vitro. MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of insect tea on the proliferation of MCF-7 and SGC-7901 cancer cells.. The results showed that the insect tea had significant inhibitory effect on human breast cancer cell MCF-7 and gastric cancer cell SGC-7901,but the inhibitory effect was not exactly the same. Insect tea had better inhibitory effect on the prolifer-ation of human breast cancer cells MCF-7 after treatment for 24h,inset tea had significant inhibitory effect on human breast cancer cell MCF-7 and gastric cancer cell SGC-7901,and its inhibition rate was positively correlated with the concentration and the treatment time.
