摘  要:文章以沪深A股上市的科技型企业2017年截面数据为研究样本,据以实证考察科技型企业高管团队异质性、技术创新力与企业绩效三者间的关系。研究结果表明:科技型企业高管团队任务异质性对企业绩效存在负向影响;生理特征异质性与企业绩效显著正相关;技术创新力能够显著负向调节团队异质性与企业绩效间的关系,技术创新力能够进一步削弱任务相关、生理特征异质性的效能。研究据此提出:在科技企业高管团队构建过程中应通过培训等手段降低任务异质性强度;通过培养、任用女性领导者等方式来提高生理特征异质性强度;通过制度建设来降低技术创新力对生理特征异质性产生的削弱作用,从而提高科技型企业的整体绩效。The cross-sectional data tech enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares are taken as a sample to demonstrate the relationship between the fault zone, technological innovation ability and enterprise performance. The results show that: there is a negative influence on the performance of the enterprise in the task-related fault zone of the senior management team. There is a significant positive correlation between the fault zones of physiological characteristics and the performance of enterprises. The ability of technological innovation can significantly and negatively regulate the relationship between the team fault zone and the performance of the enterprise, and the ability of technological innovation can further weaken the effectiveness of task-related and physiologic characteristic fault zone. Finally, some suggestions were proposed to improve the performance of technology companies by reducing the influence of taskrelated fault zone and increasing fault zones of physiological characteristics.
