高职技术技能人才培养体系构建的思考

摘　　要：技术技能人才是人才类型间知识能力结构上重叠的复合人才,也是高职培养目标所在。基于此理解,本文提出在技术技能人才培养体系构建中需要处理好技术与技能,新技术、新业态与服务地方经济发展要求,公共基础课与专业课,信息技术应用与实习实训等关系,从强调技术教育、注重技能训练、培养创新素质和加强人文教育等方面构建促进学生全面发展的人才培养体系。Skilled talents are composite talents with overlapping knowledge and ability structure,and are also the training objectives of higher vocational education. Based on this,this paper proposes that four relations should be handled well in the construction of training system for skilled talents,such as technology and skills,new technologies,new formats and services for local economic development,public basic courses and professional courses,and the application of information technology and practice training. From the aspects of emphasizing technical education,paying attention to skill training,cultivating innovative quality and strengthening humanistic education,this paper constructs a new train of thought to promote the all-round development of the students.
