摘　　要：以需求导向理论及协同教育理论为支撑,针对物流管理专业人才培养"供需错位"和校企合作融合度低等实际问题,重点在区域经济需求导向下的专业特色方向选择、校企一体化协同育人平台建设、技能标准化与标准技能化协同育人路径、校企一体化"多维协同"实施等方面探讨了物流管理人才培养模式的改革与实践。In this paper, with the demand-oriented theory and collaborative education theory as support, and aiming at the mismatch between demand and supply of the logistics management specialty talent and the low level integration of school-enterprise coordination, we focused on the reform and practice of the logistics management talent cultivation under the orientation of regional economic demand,including the selection of specialty features, construction of the school-enterprise integrated cultivation platform, skill standardization and the collaborative talent cultivation approach based on it, and the multi-dimensional collaboration in school-enterprise coordination, etc.
