摘　　要："互联网+"时代,众筹模式快速发展,教育众筹站在风口浪尖。本文在分析众筹内涵、众筹原理、众筹模式构建的基础上,就职业教育众筹作了个案分析。分析认为众筹方式的选择、项目发起人、平台搭建及跟投人报酬管理是教育众筹成功的关键。In the ＂Internet ＋＂era,the crowd-funding modes have a rapid development,and crowd-funding in education is one of the heated issue. Based on the analysis on the connotation,the principle and the mode constructing of crowd-funding,this essay conducts a case study about crowd-funding in vocational education. The finding of the case study clarifies that the mode crowd-funding,the initiator of the project,the construction of the platform and the management on investors＇ return are vital to the success of crowd-funding in education.
