摘 要:课程目标达成度评价策略的合理性对后续持续改进至关重要,是确保人才培养质量的重要环节之一。本文通过将《机械原理》课程支撑的毕业要求具体化,制订了合理的课程目标,建立了毕业要求与课程目标间的矩阵关系,进而根据课程目标设计教学内容及考核方式,制订了课程目标达成度评价策略。此外,应用该策略对任教班级《机械原理》课程目标达成度进行了量化分析,指出了课程教学过程中存在的问题及拟改进的措施。实践表明该策略不仅可以反应相应毕业要求的达成度,而且可为后续课程的持续改进指明方向。The rationality of the evaluation strategy of course objectives achievement is fundamental to the continuous improvement,and it is one of the important links to ensure the quality of talent training. By specializing the graduation requirements supported by the course "mechanical principle", reasonable course objectives were worked out, and the matrix relationships between graduation requirements and course objectives were established, and then the teaching content and evaluation methods were designed, as well as the evaluationstrategy of course objectives achievement was obtained. Additionally, the evaluation strategy was applied to quantitative analysis of course objectives achievement of "mechanical principle" in teaching class, and the problems existing in the course teaching and the measures to be improved are pointed out. The practice shows that the strategy can not only reflect the degree of graduation requirements, but also point out the direction for the continuous improvement of the subsequent courses.
