摘　　要：高等职业教育旨在培养高等技术应用型人才,特别是在创新精神和实践能力方面,与普通高校实行的导师制有所不同,高职院校实施的导师制更侧重培养学生的技术应用能力,并且要满足学生个性化发展的需要。文章立足实际,对重庆工商职业学院创新教育学院创新实践班专业导师制会计专业人才培养模式实施过程进行分析和总结,旨在为同类高职院校实施专业导师制提供借鉴和参照。Higher vocational education is to cultivate talents with innovative spirit and practical ability education, tutorial system in higher vocational colleges and universities implement are obviously different, it is a tutorial system of fundamental objective of outstanding students＇ application ability and meets the students ＂personality development＂. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation process of professional tutorial system accounting professional training mode in innovative practice class of Chongqing Technology and Business Institute, aiming at providing reference for similar vocational colleges to implement professional tutorial system.
