摘　　要：各高校要如何建立和完善更科学规范的教师教学质量评价指标,文章通过对江苏省20所高等院校的教师教学质量评价指标的调研取样分析,得出了设定教师教学质量评价指标体系既要全面也要准确,既要重视学生评教,也要结合专家与同行评教,既要客观评价,更要激励为先。Aiming at how to establish and perfect the more scientific and standardized evaluation indexes of teachers＇ teaching quality in every university, through the investigation and analysis of the evaluation indexes of teachers＇ teaching quality in 20 univer-sities in Jiangsu Province, this paper draws a conclusion that it is necessary to set the teacher teaching quality evaluation index sys-tem to be comprehensive and accurate, attach importance to students＇ evaluation of teaching, but also to combine evaluation with ex-perts and peers. It is also necessary to objectively evaluate, but also to encourage first.
