摘　　要：课程是人才培养的核心,而教学手段是否合理直接影响到教学目标的实现。为了提高学生的综合职业能力,作者主要从加强实践教学方面进行分析,提出了《建筑工程项目管理》课程新的实践教学模式——"一二三模式",并对其进行了探讨。The curriculum is the core of talent training, and teaching means is reasonable directly affect the teaching goal. In order to improve the comprehensive occupation ability of students, the author mainly analyzed from aspects of strengthening practical teaching, put forward ＂construction project management＂ course of the new practice teaching mode of ＂123 mode＂, and discusses it.
