摘  要:当前高校对于学生社会实习只停留于形式上的关注,还未将重点放在行动上,面对社会对于学生实践能力标准的逐步提高,将反思型教育模式融入实习指导教师的教学过程中,在提升教师工作能力,实践经验以及授课实力的同时,对于学生实习积极性、实践操作能力等方面的提高也都发挥着重要作用。当前在学生实习过程中存在一些显著问题如:学生对实习过程的重视程度不够、实习单位的种类与学生兴趣之间的偏差以及学校当前对学生实习持较宽松的放任状态。通过反思型教学的运用可以在一定程度上改善这种现状,增强学生的实习热情,建立多样化的实习方式,端正高校态度,以此促进学生实习的良性循环,促进学生有效就业。At present, higher education merely focuses on thesurface of students' social internship, and ignore the significant ofaction. In the face of gradually improving requirement standard ofsociety on students' practical abilities, it is also important to incorporatethe introspective education pattern into the internshipskills training process to simultaneously improve teachers' professionalproficiency, practical experience, education ability andso on. In addition, it also acts an important effect to improve theinitiative of students in taking part in internship as well as practicalskills. Currently, some significant problems still exist in theprocess of students' internship such as students have not laid enoughemphasis on internship process, the deviation between thestudent interest and the content of internship, and higher educationholds accommodative and indulge attitude on students' internshipactivities. With the application of reflective teaching, itcan improve the current situation in some extent by enhancingstudents' enthusiasm for internships, establishing a diversifiedway of practice, and correcting the attitude of colleges and universitiesto promote the virtuous circle of students' internship and promote effective employment of students.
