摘 要:[目的]了解新任护士长对导师制培养模式的真实体验,为年轻护士长能力的培养提供参考依据。[方法]采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,分析13名新任护士长在实行导师制培养模式过程中的真实体验。[结果]通过运用对照、归纳等方式,提炼出"身心压力较大""角色转换困难""导师制的实施有利于管理水平的提高"3个主题。[结论]新任护士长在履行岗位职责的过程中会面临诸多问题和挑战,通过实行导师制可以促进新任护士长的业务能力和管理水平的全面提高,帮助其尽快适应新岗位的需要,从而促进护理工作质量的提高。Objective:To understand the real experience of training model of tutor system in new head nurses,and to provide the reference for the cultivation of the ability of young head nurse.Methods:The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was used.The real experiences of 13 new head nurses in the process of training mode in the tutorial were analyzed.Results:Through the use of the contrast,induction and other methods,three themes have been derived:"high levels of physical and psychological pressure","the difficulty of role transformation","the implementation of the tutorial system is conducive to the improvement of management level".Conclusion:The new head nurses in the process of implement responsibility of the position will face many problems and challenges.The training model of tutorial system can improve business capability and management level of the new head nurses,help them to adapt to the needs of the new job as soon as possible,so as to promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
