京津冀四城市职业教育的DEA效率分析

摘　　要：利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对京津冀四城市中等职业教育的效率进行评估分析。结果表明,四城市中等职业教育存在投入过剩和产出不足。减少学校数目需要进行整合布局,解决教师过剩需要增加学校育人的数量,鼓励教师合理流动。Under the background of coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,to improve overall strength of the vocational education in the region,it needs the scientific analysis and evaluation on the efficiency of running college. By the method of data envelopment analysis,the efficiency of secondary vocational education of four cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is evaluated and analyzed. The results show that there are over-investment and under-output in secondary vocational education in four cities. Reducing the number of schools requires an integrated layout. Solving the surplus of teachers needs to increase the number of students and to encourage the flow of teachers.
