摘　　要：基于目前高校青年教师教学能力薄弱的现状,通过名师工作室平台,开展了示范教学、说课评课、听课反思、教学讲座、教改活动、参加比赛及学术交流等一系列教学学术活动。探讨并实践青年教师教学能力培养的渠道,以期为提升青年教师教学能力助力,为提高教学质量提供支撑和保障。Targeted at improving the teaching ability of junior faculties in colleges and universities,the platform of Studio for Famous Teachers was set up,on which a series of academic teaching activities were held,including demonstration lessons,discussion and evaluation,lectures on teaching skills,teaching reforms,participation in teaching competitions,academic exchanges,etc.,with the aim to improve the teaching abilities of junior faculties and to promote the teaching quality.
