摘　　要：非洲有许多为土著人所利用的坚果油类植物资源,现代开发利用较晚。本文主要报道阿甘树(Argania spinosa)、曼杰提树(Schinziophyton rautanenii)、伯尔硬胡桃(Sclerocarya birrea)等植物的鲜食或榨油食用的开发利用历史、主要用途及其在世界的传播。There are a lot of nut oil plant resources used by the aboriginal in Africa,which are developed and used later in modern times. In this paper,we mainly reported the history of development and utilization of Argania spinosa,Schinziophyton rautanenii,Sclerocarya birrea,the function of these plants such as fresh food or oil consumption. In addition,we reported the spread of African nut oil plant resources in the world.
