好望角美树和苦油树两种坚果油植物资源开发利用

摘　　要：好望角美树Calodendrum capense(L.f.)Thunb.和苦油树Carapa guianensis Aubl.均以其坚果中的种子榨油而著名。好望角美树俗称"海角栗子",英文名Cape Chestnut,后来又因其有丰富的花朵而被广泛种植的一种"非洲树"。苦油树又名酸渣树,是生长在中美洲亚马孙河和加勒比海地区的一种很高大的树木,有着稠密的簇生叶。它们的种子油,成分虽各有差别,但都有良好的抗菌、抗紫外线、驱虫、润肤等功效,是很好的天然护肤品。本文主要介绍这2种植物的资源开发利用历史和经济价值。供参考。Calodendrum capense and Carapa guianensis are both famous for their seed oil from nuts. Calodendrum capense（ Cape Chestnut） is an African tree,and is then cultivated widely for its prolific flowers. Carapa guianensis,with dense clusters of leaves,is a tall tree that grows mainly in the Amazon river basin of Central America and the Caribbean area. In spite of the differences in ingredients,their seed oils both have such effects as antibacterial,anti-UV,insect repellent and skin moistening and are good natural skin care products. The development history and economic value of these two plant resources are introduced in this paper to provide a reference for further research.
