摘　　要：在全面了解当前大学生心理状态的前提下,创新大学生心理健康教育理念,有针对性地做好心理健康通识教育、生命观教育、积极心理学教育、死亡观教育、心理求助教育等,使大学生掌握心理健康和心理危机的内涵,促进积极心理的形成,学会自我辨识和调控心理问题,尊重生命和珍爱生命;健全大学生心理危机干预队伍建制,确定心理危机诊断指标和类型,完善大学生心理危机干预机制,借助移动互联网搭建大学生心理健康教育、心理危机预防和干预平台;加强领导管理,健全人才、经费和制度保障,有效预防大学生心理危机,使他们走向健康和美好的未来。Based upon comprehensively understanding the psychological state of contemporary college students,it is necessary to innovate the concept of college students’ mental health education. The accordingly strategies of mental health education were as follows. Firstly,it is essential to carry out the education of general mental health,view of life,positive psychology,view of death,psychological help and others. Through the above education,it is possible to help the college student understand the connotation of mental health and psychological crisis,which is able to promote positive psychology formation,self identification and psychological problems regulation and thus respect and cherish life. Secondly,It is essential to strengthen the construction of college students psychological crisis intervention team,clarify diagnostic indicators and types of psychological crisis,perfect the psychological crisis intervention mechanism and utilize the advantage of internet,to perfect the college students psychological health education,and build a psychological crisis prevention and intervention platform.Importantly,strengthening the management of leadership,ensuring psychological personnel,funds and institutions are crucial to preventing psychological crisis of college students effectively,which is necessary for college students to move towards a healthy and glorious future.
