摘 要:如何提高临床医学专业学位研究生的科研能力是当前研究生培养迫切需要解决的问题。"文献研讨式"教学法是一种以学生为主体、教师为主导,师生在课堂上互相交流讨论的交互式教学法。它突出了学生的主体地位和师生间的交流互动,鼓励学生通过文献自主研读来探索科学问题,注重研究生发现问题、提出问题和解决问题能力的培养。本文简述"文献研讨式"教学法在风湿科临床医学专业学位研究生培养中的应用和实践经验,以期为实施临床医学专业学位研究生教学改革提供思路。How to improve the scientific research ability of graduate students majoring in clinical medicine is an urgent problem at present. "Literature Seminar" teaching method is an interactive teaching method with students as the main body, teachers as the leading part and teacherstudent exchanging ideas and discussing with each other in the classroom. It highlights the main position of students and the interaction between teachers and students, encourages students to explore scientific problems through self-read literature, and pays attention to the cultivation of postgraduates' undefined ability to find problems, put forward problems and solve problems. This paper briefly describes the application and practical experience of "Literature Seminar" teaching method in the cultivation of clinical medicine graduate students majoring in rheumatology, in order to provide ideas for implementing the postgraduate teaching reform in clinical medicine.
