摘 要:目的:探讨3D打印技术(3D printing technology)结合PBL教学法(problem based learning)在神经系统肿瘤临床教学模式中的应用。方法:选取2011级到2012级临床专业的实习生各30名,作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各30名,分为传统教学法组及新教学法组。传统教学法组采取传统教学方式,新教学法组采用3D打印技术及PBL教学法进行临床教学。通过比较分析两组学生的神经外科医学专业知识掌握程度和临床实践技能操作成绩以及对3D打印技术联合PBL教学法的满意度及其评价情况。结果:与传统教学法相比,新教学法组的学生的学习成绩及综合能力自我评估分数明显高于传统教学法组(P<0.01)。结论:3D打印技术结合PBL教学法应用于神经外科的临床教学中可以显著提高学生的学习成绩和综合能力自我评估分数,且有助于提升学生的临床思维能力。Objective: To explore the application of 3D printingtechnology combined with problem based learning in clinicalteaching of neurological tumors. Methods: Thirty interns of clini-cal specialty from grade 2011 to grade 2012 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 30 each, divid-ed into traditional teaching method and new teaching method.The traditional teaching method adopts traditional teachingmethods. The new teaching method adopts 3D printing technolo-gy and PBL teaching method for clinical teaching. Comparativeanalysis of professional theories and clinical practice skills of thetwo groups of students and the satisfaction and evaluation of the3D printing technology and the joint PBL teaching method. Re-sults: Compared with the traditional teaching method, the scoresof the students' self-evaluation and comprehensive ability in thenew teaching method group were significantly higher than thetraditional teaching method (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The applica-tion of 3D printing technology combined with PBL teachingmethod in the clinical teaching of neurosurgery can significantlyimprove students' academic performance and self-evaluationscores of comprehensive ability, and it can help improve students'clinical thinking ability.
