对提高潮州市高中骨干教师培训实效的思考——基于2015-2017年潮州市“高中名教师”培训的调研

摘  要:教师培训是提高教师专业能力的重要途径,为了准确把握教师培训的需求,对2015-2017年参加"潮州市十百千人才培养工程"-"高中名教师"培养项目的 172名高中骨干教师进行调研。调查表明,高中骨干教师在专业发展培训需求、培训方式及培训者要求、培训内容的需求三个方面存在问题,这些问题对培训的调整安排有一定的启发。教师培训的深化,应该遵循"核心素养"培育原则,根据教师专业成长特点,从教师的切实需要出发,解决实际问题。应准确把握教师培训需求,优化教师知识结构,组建专家团队,提高培训水平。Teacher training is an important way to improve teachers' professional ability. In order to accu-rately grasp the needs of teacher training,we did a survey of the 172 key teachers in different subjects in highschool who attended the training project"the hundred-thousand talents of Chaozhou"and"senior High schoolfamous teachers"hosted by Han Shan Nomal University from 2015 to 2017. Investigation showed that therewere three problems in the training of high school teachings: the demand for teacher professional development,training methods and the requirements of the trainers, demand for training content. These problems may have acertain enlightening effect to the arrangement of teacher training. The further developments of teacher trainingshould follow the principles of key competencies to solve the practical problems according to the characters ofteachers' professional development and based on the teachers' need. We should grasp of teachers' trainingneeds, optimize the knowledge structure of teachers, and form an expert team so as to improve the level of train-ing.
